PLANTAR FASCIITIS PAIN REDUCTION
YOUR NEW FAVOURITE FOOT CARE TOOL
The Neuro Ball was created to stimulate the nerves in the soles of your feet and palms during massage. By stimulating the nerves in these areas with hundreds of tiny cones of the Neuro Ball, you send a signal to your nervous system to activate deep stabilising muscles.
NABOSO®
The patent-pending Naboso® technology in a nutshell: by reactivating the connection between the base of your feet and the ground, you can build a powerful neuro-muscular system that awakens the brain-body connection. This leads to immediate improvements in posture, balance and gait.

- Plantar fasciitis (plantar fasciitis)
- Heel pain
- Ligament inflammation
- Bütyök
- High vault
- Lúdtalp
- Wide foot
- Soil damage
- All-day job
WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?
THE MEASURE SIZES
The size of the device you choose will affect how your body reacts. For example, treating your tight hamstrings with the normal hardness Roller will give you a more intense sensation than using the Rod. Although the table shows that the normal Roller is softer than the Rod, it has a smaller surface area in contact with your body, so it "penetrates" the tissues better. The Rod is less intense because of its larger contact area and because you are applying the force with your arms.
THE SURFACE YOU ARE LYING ON
Using the device on a softer surface, such as a carpet, can reduce the intensity. On a hard surface, such as a floor, the instrument feels harder and the sensation is more intense.
IZOMFESZESSESSÉG
Even a softer tool will have a powerful effect on particularly tight muscles, especially if it is a smaller tool with a smaller surface. For example, if your hamstring muscles are very tight and you are using the soft Roller, even this relatively soft tool will produce a more intense sensation than the harder but larger Axle.

The surface of most spiked massage balls is created completely randomly. But the Neuro Ball was developed in collaboration with Dr Emily Splichal, one of the world's leading podiatrists, to have the exact shape and surface to most effectively turbocharge the nervous system and help relieve leg pain.
We are often asked this question! Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the tissues of the foot. According to Dr Emily Splichal, the Neuro Ball can help wake up the muscles of the foot, taking the strain off the painful part. If the pain doesn't ease, make sure you speak to a podiatrist!
The Neuro Ball can be disassembled into two hemispheres and includes a Micro Round.
The Neuro Ball is extremely easy to use! You can use it in its original ball shape under one foot, or split it into two hemispheres and use it on both feet at the same time.Spend about 30 seconds using it under different areas of the foot, but avoid areas where you feel sharp pain.
Micro Round is the only tool that can treat the area between the tiny bones of the feet. It is also excellent for massaging the back of the hands and the face and jaw.
So-called lifetime guarantee. This means precisely that we provide a continuous guarantee for products for as long as production of the product continues. This only applies to manufacturing defects. So, if you have a RAD Roller that breaks after say 3 years, you report it to us and if the breakage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new Roller.
No. These products - although they are health aids - and they help to regain/improve our mobility and flexibility (even with very spectacular results), they do not cure a specific disease.
- Severe osteoporosis. (If you have mild osteoporosis, consult your doctor.)
- Breakage.
- Cancer.
- Around open wounds.
- On parts of the body with oedema and haematoma.
- If you are pregnant, consult your doctor or physiotherapist.
It depends on what the problem is. If you have cancer, you shouldn't use them. If you just have a cold, go ahead. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or ask our physiotherapist for advice.
Preferably every day. The effect of manual therapy is permanent if it is used regularly. Experimental results have shown that at least 2 weeks of therapy is recommended for long-term results.
5-10 deep breaths are enough for each position.
You will feel a slight pain during the treatment. In worse condition, you will feel a little more pain in the resections and sensitive nodules (trigger points). However, it is important to remember that it is not good to be in too much pain. Triggering too much pain will trigger your body's defence mechanism and you will involuntarily contract your muscles, which is exactly the opposite of your goal (relaxing your muscles).

Right after treatment. In some cases, the change in mobility and flexibility will be very noticeable. Any pain you may be experiencing will also be reduced almost immediately. However, the effect of a single treatment will wear off relatively quickly. Long-term changes can be achieved with regular use.
You don't have to, but if you want to permanently increase your range of motion, it's a good idea to do mobilisation exercises to lock in your newly acquired range of motion.
