Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of wimoov.shop. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@wimoov.shop. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The changed terms and conditions only apply to orders placed after the change. If you would like us to delete all your personal information from our system, please contact info@wimoov.shop.

Prices

In our webshop, the gross price of the products is indicated, i.e. our prices include the VAT required by law. (Our prices are fixed prices, from which we do not offer any further discount, except for promotions and coupon promotions indicated on the product data sheet or elsewhere.)

Products and services available for purchase

Our product range includes health, sport and leisure products and training for individuals. The products and, in the case of training courses, the tickets for participation can be purchased in our webshop.

The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the real ones, in some cases they are used as illustrations. We cannot be held responsible for any unannounced changes in the technical specifications due to the manufacturer or for reasons beyond its control.

The products we sell do not cure diseases. Please consult your doctor / physiotherapist before using them. Use them as intended, responsibly!

How to order

  • Add the product you want to buy to the shopping cart
  • If you do not want to buy any more products, check the number of items you want to buy. You can delete the product in your shopping cart by clicking on the “x” button next to the product. If you change the quantity you want to buy, click on the “Update cart” button after you have changed the quantity.
  • If you have a coupon, you can use it by entering it in the “Coupon Code” box and clicking on the “Apply Coupon” button.
  • Choose a delivery method. Delivery is free of charge for orders over 35.000 Ft, below that 2390 Ft for courier service and 1890 Ft for delivery to parcel point.
  • At Express checkout, click on the “BUY NOW” button to pay instantly via the easiest way (Apple Pay / Google Pay) to use your credit card through Stripe, based on your system and browser.
  • After pressing the “Proceed to checkout” button, you can select your payment method and change the delivery method on the checkout page.
  • On the Cashier page you can enter your Shipping / Billing and login details. If you are already registered, you can log in. (Important: You do not need to be registered to place an order!)*
  • Accept our terms and conditions and our privacy policy by ticking the checkboxes after you have read them.
  • After entering your details, you can submit your order by clicking on the “Submit order” button. By submitting your order you accept the contents of this document. However, before you place your order, please double-check the information you have entered. After submitting your order, you can modify the order details by contacting our customer service(info@wimoov.shop).
  • After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order in our system to the e-mail address you provided.
  • We will always confirm your order by e-mail! If you did not receive an email, it may have been sent to the junk mail or bounced back to us from an automatically sent message.

*Sending an order is possible without registration! If you want to register, you can login as a registered user and immediately send your order without entering shipping and billing information, track your orders and download your invoices! It’s important to make sure that the information you enter is accurate, as the product will be invoiced and shipped based on the information you provide. You will need to register once, and you will not need to do this step for future purchases.

Please make a point of providing accurate contact details. If the e-mail address is incorrect, we will not be able to send you a confirmation of receipt of your order. If you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox, please check your SPAM – junk mail folders. We cannot contact you if the phone number is incorrect. Inaccurate or incomplete contact details may make it impossible to fulfil your order.

Processing of orders

Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday, usually within 1 to 2 working days after the order confirmation email is sent.

We reserve the right to reject orders already confirmed in whole or in part. Partial fulfilment will only take place after consultation with the customer! In this case, if the purchase price of the product is paid in advance, the amount will of course be refunded to the sender. If you do not receive a confirmation to the e-mail address provided after sending the order, we recommend you to check the SPAM folder in your mail system. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us using the contact details provided.

Delivery conditions

Domestic orders in our webshop are delivered by GLS courier service. Parcels are delivered within 1-5 working days of order confirmation, during the day, between 8am and 5pm. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to specify a work address as the delivery address (if available). If you have also provided your phone number when ordering, you will be notified by SMS before delivery.

Please inspect the parcel before the courier delivers it and, if you notice any damage, ask for a report to be made and do not take delivery. We are not able to accept subsequent complaints without a record!

For orders within Hungary the delivery is FREE of charge for orders over HUF 35.000. Important: you must select the free shipping method in the Shopping Cart tab! There is no handling or packaging charge on top of the delivery fee – but there is an extra charge for cash on delivery.

Please note that by sending your order you will be obliged to pay. It may seem obvious, but please only place an order if you can pay the fee! The package will only be delivered once the payment has been made.

Payment terms

You have the following payment options:

  • Stripe | Pay by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay using Stripe.
    In this case, credit card details can be entered in the online store interface, but online credit card payments are made through Stripe. The credit card details will not be sent to the merchant (i.e. to us) in this case either! The data you enter in the webshop interface will be sent directly to Stripe via an encrypted channel without being stored. For more information about Stripe, click here.
  • Paypal | Pay with credit card or Paypal balance
    PayPal is one of the most popular methods of secure online payment in the world. During the transaction, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can pay through an encrypted transaction. A huge advantage is that the online merchant (in this case us) does not have access to the card or the account details, number, expiry date or any other form of access to the card or the account.   • Cash on delivery
    In the case of cash on delivery, the total amount of the order – the product(s) and the delivery charge – must be paid to the courier on receipt of the parcel. The total amount payable will be included in the order summary and delivery confirmation letter. You will be able to pay the courier by cash or card. Extra charge for cash on delivery: 350 Ft.
  • Prepayment
    If you wish to pay by prepayment, please select the Delivery/Payment method accordingly when ordering! If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you a confirmation of payment after the order has been processed, including the gross total amount to be paid and our bank account number. Once we receive the payment, we will deliver the ordered products to the courier.

Our company uses e-invoices, so they are sent by e-mail after delivery and payment.

Product Warranty

For RAD Roller products: lifetime guarantee. If any RAD product should ever fail(and it is due to a manufacturing defect and the product is still in production), we will replace the defective product. If you are one of the few people who have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so that you can spend as few days as possible without RAD.

For other brands: according to the applicable laws.

The right of withdrawal/cancellation

By law, you have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason, but you have 30 days to do so if you buy from wimoov.shop.

The withdrawal/cancellation period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Legal effects of withdrawal/cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, to our great regret, we will refund all the consideration you have paid, including carriage costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made by the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method of payment; no additional costs will be charged as a result of this method of refund. We may withhold a refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or give us the goods without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the date of your notice of withdrawal. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline has expired. The return of the product is free of charge when you purchase it on wimoov.shop. You can only be held liable for depreciation in the value of a product if it has been caused by use beyond the use necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Privacy Statement – short version

The data of the webshop operating under the domain name wimoov.shop is managed by BFour Innovative Tools Kft. (Data Management Notification No.: NAIH-119595/2017.) The provision of data is voluntary and requires the consent of the data subject. The provision and processing of the data is necessary for the fulfilment of the order in order to keep the orders separate from each other and to identify their content. The data controller shall process and store the data provided in compliance with Act CVIII of 2001. It shall do its utmost to ensure their security and integrity and shall handle them in accordance with the provisions of Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest. The delivery data provided may be accessed by our delivery partner GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logisztikai Kft. for the delivery of the parcel.

In the case of different shipping and billing addresses, this information can be provided separately for billing and shipping.

After you place your order, you will receive a few emails from us about changes to the status of your order, your account, and then product tracking. These are designed to enhance your customer experience. If you have not subscribed to our newsletter, you will not receive any other emails from us beyond one month after your purchase. If you think that’s too much for you, you’ll find an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every letter.

Data to be entered when registering (registration is not required to shop in the online store, but by registering you can retrieve your orders later, you can simply re-order the products. The data provided during registration will be stored until you request their deletion): e-mail address, password to be used, name, telephone number, postal code, town, street, house number, floor, door

The following data will be recorded – stored – for orders associated with a registered account:

  • previous purchases (ID, order date, total amount, order status, list of products ordered)
  • favourite products (if you have registered after you have entered and placed favourites among products)
  • registration login details (password encrypted), possibility to change billing and shipping details, previously provided data

Data to be provided for newsletter subscription: name, e-mail address

You can subscribe to our newsletter on the webshop pages. Subscription is only possible with a real e-mail address. After submitting the subscription, the system will send a confirmation link (web address) to the e-mail address you have provided, which you can click on to confirm or validate your subscription. By clicking on the confirmation link, you give your consent to receive the newsletter. The data you provide will be treated confidentially by BFour Innovative Tools Ltd. and will not be disclosed to third parties. The possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter is provided at the bottom of every mail we send by clicking on the unsubscribe button or by requesting it from our customer service contact. After clicking on the unsubscribe button in the letter, the e-mail address and all associated data will be deleted from the mailing list immediately. If you request deletion of your data via our customer service contact details, you will be informed within 3 working days. The content of the newsletters sent by BFour Innovative Tools Ltd. is informative: it draws your attention to current promotions, information and articles relevant to the content of the website. BFour Innovative Tools Kft. does not disclose the data provided to third parties, nor does it deliver third-party offers to the e-mail address provided. Statistical data

During the browsing of the webshop, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). BFour Innovative Tools Ltd. will only disclose this data to the authorities in legally justified and supported cases. The statistical tool used by BFour Innovative Tools Ltd. is Google Analytics. Cookies (cookies)

Cookies must be enabled to use the service. If you do not want to allow the use of cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings (Settings). If you disable cookies, some parts of the service may be partially or completely unavailable. A cookie is a file that is sent to the user’s browser by the server serving the website and stored on the user’s computer. No personal data is stored in the cookie. The data stored in the cookie are: shopping cart contents, session ID. The session identifier stored in the cookie is stored until the page is closed, the remaining data is stored until the user deletes it in his browser. Order details

The data recorded during the order process will be used by BFour Innovative Tools Ltd. to fulfil the order. The data of the invoice generated by the individual IT systems from the order placed on the webshop pages, together with the data provided during the ordering process, will be recorded and stored for the period specified in the current Accounting Act (5 years). You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time by writing to info@wimoov.shop or by contacting our customer service. Your data will be deleted within 10 working days of receipt of your request. Data entry errors can be corrected before the order is sent. After the order has been sent, you can request the correction of data entry errors by contacting our customer service.

Other information

Your order will only be considered accepted if you have filled in the fields on the site completely and with real data at the time of registration or ordering. We cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from failure to do so, or for any technical problems that may arise during the process.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in the brochures, descriptions or instructions for use of the products. In case of such complaints, please contact the manufacturer of the product!

The use of the webshop implies knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance and errors that may occur. The operator of the webshop shall not be liable for any damage caused during or as a result of accessing the webshop. It is your responsibility to assess how to protect the data stored on your computer from intruders. The webshop operator cannot be held liable for any fraud committed by a third party at the expense of a participant.
